My runs this week were mostly at 24 Hour Fitness. I started weight resistance training because frankly, although I know that I could run these distances, I want to start looking like it. So begins phase two. I didn’t get to run 16 miles as planned. I got a late start on Sunday and ran out of time. But I get a second chance at running this, as I have to run 16 miles again this week. My total running distance–24 miles.
