I’ve been listening to cadence marches and running is getting to become a real workout. I’m trying to stick with running 3-4 miles on Tuesday (hard) and Thursday (easy). On Wednesdays I’m hitting the gym at Oxy. Fridays are kind of a combo day of workout and running, but think I’m going to run to Oxy on Fridays starting this week. Fridays are kinda of a long run, but kinda not; I figured about 5-6 miles back and forth. Sundays is still the long run, so I’m doing somewhere between 6-9 miles. The real relief in all this of course is always after the run. Getting stronger, I can feel it.
